Alexandre Fabris, a Michelin-starred chef for several years on the French Riviera, is taking charge of the kitchens at Vallon de Valrugues and offers two restaurants: our Provençal and Mediterranean restaurant, Canto Cigalo, offers a lunch menu and an à la carte menu for dinner. Our gourmet restaurant will open in March 2026 for dinner only.
The 'Spa de Valrugues' is open 7 days a week and features an indoor heated pool, small training pool with a counter-current jet, hot tub, sauna, hammam and fitness room.
